Together, Douglas and Linda use their many years of combined experience to assist clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.  Residential and multi-family/Investment properties are the Strickland Teams focus while commercial and rental business represents a smaller part of their business.  In addition, The Strickland Team has affiliate agents throughout many popular costal parts the United States including, the Jersey Shore, Myrtle Beach, and Florida.  Furthermore, The Strickland Team is experienced in managing and settling estates.

 

Linda is a 20+ year homeowner in the West Chester area and has spent her entire life residing in the Western Philadelphia Suburban Area.  Being a former resident of the Main Line and Havertown, she has experience with real estate throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties.

 

Douglas is also a life long resident of the West Chester area, graduating from West Chester Henderson High School and earning his BS degree from West Chester University.   He applies his previous experience as a Personal Financial Analyst in all of his real estate transactions.
